Il s&rsquo;\u00e9tend depuis le <em>14 septembre 2018,  \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble des voies limit\u00e9es \u00e0 50 km\/h.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les avantages des \u201c Doubles sens cyclables \u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un am\u00e9nagement simple, efficace, et peu on\u00e9reux.<\/li><li>Le cycliste et l\u2019automobiliste roulent face \u00e0 face, se voient et s\u2019\u00e9vitent.<\/li><li>Lorsqu\u2019une porti\u00e8re s\u2019ouvre subitement, le cycliste la heurte par devant et la referme (lorsqu\u2019il la heurte par<br>l\u2019arri\u00e8re, il tape contre le chant).<\/li><li>L\u2019automobiliste se rend compte qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas tout seul, il roule moins vite contrairement aux rues \u00e0 sens unique o\u00f9 il a tendance \u00e0 augmenter sa vitesse accentuant le risque d\u2019accrochage par l\u2019arri\u00e8re.<\/li><li>Il favorise la <strong>continuit\u00e9<\/strong> et la fluidit\u00e9 des <strong>trajets<\/strong> cyclables tout en raccourcissant les distances.<\/li><li>La ville est plus \u201c lisible \u201d et donc plus accessible aux cyclistes en opposition aux rues \u00e0 sens unique qui compliquent les itin\u00e9raires<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ceux qui craignent les accidents, <strong>r\u00e9ponse du Minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur publi\u00e9e dans le JO S\u00e9nat du 25\/04\/2019 &#8211; page 2286<\/strong>  <em>\u00ab\u00a0Apr\u00e8s plus de dix ans de retour d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes conduites sur le sujet concluent au fait que les doubles sens cyclables n&rsquo;augmentent pas l&rsquo;accidentalit\u00e9 cycliste et contribuent au contraire \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des cyclistes, notamment du fait que la vitesse moyenne des v\u00e9hicules tend \u00e0 diminuer en pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un double sens cyclable. C&rsquo;est pourquoi la ministre des transports a annonc\u00e9 le 14 septembre 2018, dans le cadre du plan national v\u00e9lo, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des doubles sens cyclables \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble des voies limit\u00e9es \u00e0 50 km\/h. \u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Charleville-M\u00e9zi\u00e8res, un arr\u00eat\u00e9 va justifier la non pr\u00e9sence du DSC dans certaines rues \u00e0 sens uniques o\u00f9 certaines conditions ne sont pas r\u00e9unies (largeur, densit\u00e9 de trafic, visibilit\u00e9 ..).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Courant \u00e0 Reims depuis des ann\u00e9es, il en existait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 Charleville-M\u00e9zi\u00e8res !
