Les exemples ont plut\u00f4t port\u00e9 les liaisons vers le Luxembourg (chemin de fer plus autoroute) !<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>Le SRADDET <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">s&rsquo;imposera<\/span><\/strong> aux communes, agglom\u00e9rations etc &#8230; <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>On peut r\u00eaver que la politique v\u00e9lo sera plus mise en avant et que cela ne retardera pas la mise en \u0153uvre du PDU Ardenne-M\u00e9tropole. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Extraits du S\u00c9MINAIRE TRANSPORT ET MOBILIT\u00c9S NANCY \u2013 16 JUIN 2017<\/p>\n<h3>Atelier n\u00b03 : Les \u00ab mobilit\u00e9s traditionnelles \u00bb face \u00e0 l\u2019essor des \u00ab mobilit\u00e9s nouvelles \u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c9duquer les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations aux nouvelles mobilit\u00e9s par le biais des politiques r\u00e9gionales\u00a0(en particulier : trajets scolaires, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>politique cyclable<\/strong><\/span>)<br \/>\n&#8211; Utiliser les nouvelles mobilit\u00e9s comme solution de rabattement sur les r\u00e9seaux armatures<br \/>\n&#8211; Favoriser la mise en place de structures coop\u00e9ratives pouvant porter une offre de mobilit\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; Positionner la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">R\u00e9gion comme chef d\u2019orchestre<\/span>\u00a0 ???? en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9s nouvelles pour favoriser le\u00a0d\u00e9veloppement de solutions adapt\u00e9es et \u00e9volutives, int\u00e9grant les initiatives citoyennes<br \/>\n&#8211; Mettre en interconnexion les r\u00e9seaux existants et les nouveaux modes de mobilit\u00e9 (notamment\u00a0par la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>cr\u00e9ation de lieux de convivialit\u00e9 et de services<\/strong><\/span>)<br \/>\n&#8211; Favoriser l\u2019intermodalit\u00e9<\/p>\n<h3>Modes de transports et Intermodalit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; De nombreuses remarques concernent les<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> modes doux<\/strong> <\/span>:<br \/>\no Le souhait d\u2019une grande politique r\u00e9gionale est ainsi exprim\u00e9, s\u2019inspirant de l\u2019exemple\u00a0Alsacien.<br \/>\nLe <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>d\u00e9veloppement de la pratique du cycle<\/strong><\/span> passerait \u00e0 la fois par la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>promotion\u00a0du v\u00e9lo<\/strong><\/span> pour les trajets courts (scolaires notamment) mais \u00e9galement par une politique\u00a0d\u2019am\u00e9nagement : suppression des \u00ab points noirs \u00bb (autoroutes, ponts, p\u00e9n\u00e9tration\u00a0urbaine), <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>interconnexions entre les pistes cyclables des EPCI pour favoriser notamment\u00a0les d\u00e9placements des scolaires<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>o Par ailleurs, la r\u00e9flexion doit \u00eatre engag\u00e9e sur le <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>dernier km<\/strong><\/span>, qui doit selon les\u00a0participants \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">en v\u00e9lo<\/span><\/strong> ou \u00e0 pied.
